FAQ - Store

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship worldwide with no limits or extra fees. To keep costs even and as low as possible we use standardized shipping methods and do NOT offer tracking for packages.

  • When will my order arrive?

    After your order is received we send them to our printers for processing and shipment which can take 10-22 business days.

    You will receive a “fulfillment” email when we have sent your order off to be printed.

    Please be patient when awaiting shipment, but if you have any questions, feel free to email us.

  • My favorite design is no longer listed?

    Some collections go into retirement and will not return after our final sale. Out of each of our collections 3 fan-favorite designs (decided on by a vote) will remain after the rest are gone.

    Looking for the Gilded or Ghibli items? Don’t worry! They’ll be back in 2024 with full collections of their own.

Can I get my order any faster?

If you have a deadline please message us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request. Extra fees for rush shipping/tracking may apply.

Unfortunately, in general, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates due to unforeseen delays in transit and flights but we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.

Exchange & Return Policy

WGD works with ArtsCow as our printers to customize every product for our customers— we do not keep stock on hand to save space and reduce the waste that comes with overstock.

For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges of product. ➢

  • We provide measurement charts with all of our listings in the corresponding product description page and therefore are not responsible for incorrect size ordering. Please always double check this chart and your own measurements before ordering.

  • We do not provide refunds for defective products or incorrect sizes as ordered— if an item is defective or there was an error on our end (size/design), we are happy to re-ship the corrected order at no expense to you.

  • If you receive a defect or damaged item, please contact us via email with a digital image of the defected product along with a clear description of the damage. This will help in speeding up the process so that a replacement can be swiftly issued to you.

  • Due to the unique nature of our individually printed orders, cancellation/change is not possible after you have received your “fulfillment” email. However, replacement will be arranged if product is deemed defective (see above).
